Repository and original site materials
The source repository is proprietary, marked UNLICENSED, and owned by SCOPERR LLC. No permission is granted to copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, or create derivative products from the original code, layout, copy, or visual compositions without written permission.
SCOPERR brand assets
Logos, icons, marks, visual effects, and hosted files from assets.scoperr.com are governed by the separate SCOPERR Asset License. They may identify SCOPERR in an accurate context but may not become another company’s identity, template, stock asset, or implied endorsement.
Concept and client materials
Names, marks, screenshots, interfaces, or materials belonging to a client, collaborator, or third party remain the property of their respective rights holders. A showcase entry does not transfer ownership or grant reuse rights.
Third-party software
Dependencies retain their own licenses and terms. The repository-level license does not replace or override those licenses.
